Very Good

Hotel conveniently located right across the street from the MRT station. Room looked modern and offered everything as described. Nothing too exciting, but nothing to complain about.

Very slow WiFi internet connection. The room used to have a balcony, where now all AC units are placed. A balcony was not advertised for the room, so nothing to complain about.

It's a no frills hotel. Main plus is the proximity to the Metro and away from bustling Taipei City.

The hotel is only a stone throw from the Metro station - Red Line, located in a non-touristy neighbourhood. Hot springs in Beitou is accessible by train and bus.

The pillows were small and flat, basically little support. Slight traces of mould on the wall and windows. It could do better with soundproofing - we can hear other guest and doors closing.

Good to stay for people dont like crowded area.

Very close to Fuxinggang station, Only 1-2 stations to Beitou and 5 stations to Tamsui. Near convenience store. Good facilities. Have a good cafe and restaurant in the hotel. Not far from the resident area, has a good local restaurant.

great location with lotsa room space to open up luggage

superb location, just opposite a train station. can get to shilin night market quite fast, 8 stops away. there’s direct bus from nearby bus stop to yang ming shan area

the wifi is very weak. hubby and i were tapping on our local sim card hotspot to go online. if you have to do business meetings online, cannot depend on the wifi.

It’s not at Beitou station. It’s next station. The facilities were quite old style in fact. The shower shield cannot close appropriately.

Will be much more better if the receptionists are more friendly.

Clean, comfortable and cheap. The air conditional was so cold, good for summer. But there was no housekeeping staff to deliver amenities to the room, guest have to go down to the counter to pick up themselves. Will be much more better if the receptionists are more friendly. Overall everything is good.

Right outside the metro station. Very convenient. Room simple and clean.

Been to many hotels after the starting of COVID 19. It’s the first one doesn’t have any warning signs of mask warring at front entrance for both hotel and restaurant. During breakfast almost all customers taking food without masks on. ????Staff doesn’t reinforce the rule either. Don’t feel comfortable under the circumstances. ️

The location of this hotel is very good. It is close to Tamshuei area and the PeiTou hot springs.

The elevator and the hotel corridors to the room smells a little moldy, perhaps from the moisture in the air?

Very Clean and comfortable!

I like the sitting areas in the lobby. They are very comfortable. The evening staff were very hospitable.

We couldn't eat due to an arranged medical test appointment at a nearby hospital. While the hotel prepared a breakfast box for us, It was really.just sweet desserts. We would have appreciated more traditional breakfast items and fruit. Given the proximity of the hotel to a major hospital, I am sure other patients who stay at this hotel would benefit from this service.

Good hotel directly across from an MRT station, minus the other guests

The hotel itself did nothing wrong. While the front desk never said more than a few words to me, they were efficient and not rude. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The rooms didn't smell like stale cigarette smoke. The breakfast was better than many other hotels in the same price range. But... (please expand the review to see the negatives)

I hate staying in hotels in Taiwan. I say this as someone that lives in Taiwan. The hotel itself can be perfect, but the experience is always ruined by one thing- the local guests. It doesn't matter how cheap or how expensive the hotel is. Local guests are seemingly always up until 1 or 2am, banging against the walls, talking loudly, dropping bowling balls on the floor, dragging their wooden-legged chairs across the floor in the loudest way possible, blasting their TV. And then they are up at 6am, doing it all again. They don't do this in their own apartments. I've lived in 3 apartments in Taiwan, and they are always quiet by 10pm, and are usually quiet until at least 6am. I've stayed in at least a dozen hotels all over Taiwan and it is the same thing every time. My advice for foreigners- rent a temporary apartment somewhere. Skip the hotels.
